"This place exceeded expectations on all levels, over the top customer service, not one bad meal at any restaurant or bar, top service at all the pools and the spa was very nice. The only thing I'd say I was not a fan of was the surprise additional "resort fees" that I paid with Expedia and then with the resort directly. It was not explained upfront very well. Other than that the stay was perfect."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel Solaya! The staff were absolutely incredible, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their exceptional service really made our experience special. The pool was beautiful and extremely well kept, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, which made getting around easy. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!"
