"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"This is a very nice hotel next to a beautiful park with a small lake. The rooms are very nice and the staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. There is a very good restaurant onsite and parking is conveniently onsite."

"While the property is nice and the location is as good as advertised, the stay was very subpar, highlighted by two glaring problems: 1) Absolutely no staff on Sunday for our arrival. No front desk staff to check in, no guest services for questions - nobody. 2) No air conditioning made the spacious room uninhabitable, and sleep was incredibly hard to come by during the terrible heatwave that the region was experiencing when we were there."

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."
