"Owner is very friendly but speaks no English. We were able to communicate with Google translate. Room was great and I had a perfect view of Mt. Etna. Breakfast was not the best. Owner's son asked us what we wanted for breakfast the next day but did not give us what we asked for. Wifi did not work in all the rooms. Hotel is in a great location"

Be prepared for walking up stairs, as there is no lift, but once you are there you will experience a wonderful view with a lot of activities within a short walk. "Casa D’aria is a quaint and lovely place for a vacation set in an ideal location in Catania. The eclectic style of the entire building is so interesting and homey. We had excellent communication with the owners leading up to our check in. The room was massive! With the comfiest bed tucked up on a loft. We made use of the full kitchenette and our room even had a washer to do our laundry. The rooftop communal terrace was a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and listen to the sounds of Catania....
