"First impression of our room was “wow”! A revamp made it very easy on the eye. However! The shower didn’t drain away properly so towels had to be put down on floor to absorb overflow. Reported it three times to no avail. Shower jet by the loo didn’t work. Room had no kettle for complimentary tea/coffee ..."
