"Trata-se de uma acomodação simples, mas muito limpa e arrumada. O rapaz que fez nosso check in foi muito gentil, rápido, nos serviu café enquanto esperávamos, atenção total ao hóspede. A parte ruim é subir dois andares com malas, pois não tem elevador. O café da manhã é na Cantina que pertence tb ao Borgo, a qualidade dos alimentos é excelente, porém o atendimento é demorado. Há conversas constantes entre os atendentes e no último café da manhã que tivemos serviram meu cappuccino quando eu já...

O atendimento da equipe é simplesmente excepcional — todos extremamente atenciosos, gentis e sempre preocupados em proporcionar uma estadia perfeita. É um nível de cuidado raro, que realmente faz o hóspede se sentir especial.
Os quartos são maravilhosos, amplos, confortáveis e decorados com muito bom gosto, transmitindo charme e sofisticação em cada detalhe.

"The property was exactly as described. The building is old but the bathroom was brand new and lovely and the views were fantastic. The little bar and restaurant are great for views and drinks. Finding the car park and coordinating that was harder than expected. it was hard to reach anyone prior to arrival. After arrival however, the young woman who checked us in was very helpful and lovely and went above and beyond to resolve the parking issue."

"This place was its own small villa! So much space and easy access to the town. The staff was over the top helpful, available on WhatsApp for any questions we had. Truly an amazing place to stay!"
