"Good location hotel.About 5 minutes walk from Palazzo Vecchio.Quiet place.Hotel itself is nice decoration with stair to come to check-in.Be careful if you have heavy luggage.I like mobile charger they provided which is prepared for all type of connector.Only one bad thing for this hotel is shower room,it's too small in the middle of bathroom."

"Overall this is a top notch property and we had a great stay. The breakfast buffet is top notch. Slight noise from the city train which is right outside some of the windows, nothing terrible. Staying in the historic areas was much louder as it is much busier in those areas. All in all a great stay. "

"Lovely staff and hotel. Excellent location with 7 minute walk to the Duomo. We didn’t need to take any transport anywhere. Just walked around the city. Bathrooms are a little tired but the bedroom was excellent. Great variety for breakfast. Super friendly staff. "

"This was an exceptional middle of the Price hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was exceptional, the room was very clean. They had a nice courtyard area to have a drink and a great rooftop restaurant with one of the most amazing views. The bathroom was small, but I’m seeing that is to be expected visiting Italy. The location was perfect for us, 10 minute walk to the main train station, which will take you everywhere."
