Spendida posizione. Direttamente sulla spiaggia. Hotel arredato e decorato con molto gusto. Bella terrazza a disposizione degli ospiti. Vista mare dalle camere al secondo piano veramente impagabile. La colazione a buffet ricca e abbondante. Unica nota stonata: la presenza, per fortuna non costante, del proprietario che ha un atteggiamento appunto "padronale" in una struttura in cui gli ospiti sono clienti e non amici o parenti invitati a titolo gratuito. Assoluta mancanza della gentilezza necessaria alla relazione con persone estranee, che siano clienti o meno. Nessuna consapevolezza di quale sia la giusta distanza fra sé e gli interlocutori, soprattutto in un contesto alberghiero. L'evitamento di questo personaggio è ciò che consigliamo per godere di una vacanza che senza di lui sarà piacevolissima per il calore e la simpatia di tutte le persone incontrate, dal personale di servizio ai vicini di ombrellone e a tutti gli altri ristoratori.

Di positivo , il personale molto cordiale e gentile , di negativo, il giorno prima mi avvisavano che la camera non era disponibile per un problema tecnico, mi è stata offerta una camera in una loro struttura poco distante la quale di problemi ne aveva tanti , ma soprattutto il più grave è stato il non funzionamento del climatizzatore il quale mandava aria calda e in una camera esposta al sole è terrificante, sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura e boutique Carolina hotel ( stessa proprietà ) in quanto non all’altezza, poi ognuno è libero

All'arrivo abbiamo constato che la camera a noi riservata era una camera esterna che dal sito dell'hotel viene indicata come una camera di 26 mq. In realta la camera non penso superasse i 15 mq (bagno compreso). Stanza senza finestre (ad accezione della porta d'ingresso). Il bagno è piccolissimo, e l'utilizzo del bidet è reso scomodo dal lavandino a pochi cm. In piu non è finestrato e la ventola non era funzionante. Altro gravissimo problema era dovuto all'impianto di condizionamento piuttosto datato e sul quele non è mi stata fatta regolare manutenzione. Dalla bocchetta di uscita dell'aria era ben visibile un incredibile accumulo di polvere e i filtri dello split erano completamente intasati. Solo dopo diverse lamentele nei giorni successivi è stato ripristinato il funzionamento da parte dell'assistenza. Rimane tuttavia incredibile che la gestione della temperatura della stanza sia impostata dalla direzione rendendo impossibie qualsiasi modifica da parte dell'ospite. Altro aspetto assulutamente insufficiente è il buffè della colazione, povero di scelte sia per qualità che per assortimento. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza al mare e la gentilezza delle signore delle pulizie che si sono rese sempre disponibili e cordiali. Nonostante il disagio di 2 giorni senza aria condizionata non ci è stato riservato alcuno sconto sul prezzo e nessuna scusa da parte della direzione. Tendenzialmente lo sconsiglieremmo.

Das Hotel hat Haustierfreundlich auf der Seite stehen. Das bedeutet das man als Gast mit einem kleinen Malteser Hund kein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommt , sondern im EG Rückwärtig ( eher wie Abstellkammer ) wohnt. In der Minidusche ist ein völlig verrotteter (eklig)Behindertensitz angebracht ,somit ist in der Dusche gar kein Platz mehr. Ansonsten Preis/Leistung völlig ok . Sonst ist auch alles sehr sauber und gepflegt . Aber mit Haustier nicht zu empfehlen !!

1. No onsite parking as noted in the description! 800m away in a obscure, unsecure area that is hard to find. 2. A/C temp fixed. If not to your needs, too bad. On/off only options. 3. Wi-fi didn't work! Staff couldn't fix. 4. The pics showing the beach, sea, lawn chairs & umbrellas is VERY misleading! They are NOT part of the hotel and you must pay another business if you want to use the them.

There are a lot of non transparent information about the hotel in the description. Yes they do have the parking, but it is 900 m away from the hotel. Rooms do not have windows and have a strange smell as a consequence. There is no proper foaye at the reception. WiFi was not functioning for most of our stay. Breakfast was very simple. On top of everything the hotel staff was not either helpful or friendly. We would not stay in this hotel ever again or recommend it at all.
