"I think it’s first important to note that this is not a 4 Star hotel like Expedia advertises. I think this is at the fault of Expedia, and they should do better work of providing hotel ratings. This would be a 3 at best in my opinion, maybe less.

Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. As per the rating given except for the wooden cottages which require some safety in windows to be assuring from thief and a separate main switch for AC(takes time to cool in summer) the decor is excellent. No problem with good. One thing I recommend to hotel management is what's with the sign boards, remove some of them."
