"This hotel is in the midst of a major construction upgrade. We had one of the newly upgraded rooms which was very nice. The whole property, including the lobby, is essentially a “construction yard”. "Brand new hotel in City Centre Surrey, close to Surrey Memorial Hospital, Guildford Mall, and easy access to the highway. It was clean and high quality because it was new. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, they said every 3 days, but you can request it. Buffet breakfast was decent (the usual with scrambled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast/bagel, cereals, etc). Gym was good, beautiful views. Rooftop patio was beautiful with the fire on at night."

"This place is worth the money, but it's a 2*, so you can't expect much. You have 10 min to let them know if anything is wrong. I found out the aircon didn't work, but we were headed to an event, so didn't report it. I'm sure they would have found me another room, but we didn't feel like repacking and we were only there for one night. My suggestion. Is to che m the aircon right away if it's hot out. The staff was very accommodating."
