It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. "Amazing place which was so quiet and relaxing. We never tried the pool but we had the honeymoon suite which had hot tub and a huge room. Breakfast was adequate with a good selection of cakes and fruit. I would say that you need a car as it’s a long walk into town and up a steep hill. "
