"One very long hair in shower. Pillow was left lying on the bed. Television was on when I entered room. Needs to be somebody checking the cleaners after they have finished. Hotel needs to launder sheets properly or invest in steampress to iron sheets and pillow cases. For over $100 a night I expect pressed sheets and pillow cases. Sheets and pillow cases did not smell fresh. Musty smell in room. I suggest air freshener at the very least. Air conditioner extremely loud and next to bed. I...
