"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. "Great location, excellent and friendly staff and nice clean room. Breakfast was the only disappointment as it consisted of a limited cold buffet (no fresh vegetables and mainly pastries, cold meats and cheese) and an à la carte menu, which didn’t change daily. It offered few choices for those with dietary restrictions. Frustrating to have to wait for my first coffee of the day, as this was waiter served only."

"One of the nicest hotels with the best staff I have ever stayed at and far from the most expensive. My one critique is their 3rd party providers. The massages they offer are a 3rd party off site and werent great (especially for the price) and the car rental companies they reccomend add some hidden fees. Everything about the property, room and internal staff were top notch."

"Everything was excellent; - location in the old town - quiet area but minutes walk from all the attractions, shops and restaurants, - large, clean and well maintained room - staff helpfulness, - breakfast, with good selection of fresh produce, - rooftop bar and sitting area to retire to and soak up some sunshine. Thoroughly recommend it."

"Double Sea View Room. I will qualify this by saying that it may just be us, but at this price point we expected much better. Perhaps for this location it's more of a budget hotel? They put us on the first floor (one up from street level). Really lousy view, trees, cars, 2 light poles shining into our room, but you can see the boats. Being so low we saw almost no horizon and really no view (definitely better than facing another building, but we wouldn't consider it a "Sea View"). Being so low, lots of road noise but they have double patio doors which block most of it, if you are happy to keep them closed. Everyday we had sewer gas entering the room from the shower drain; covering it with a plastic bag and bath mat helped but didn't eliminate the problem. With a connecting door to the adjacent room you can clearly hear conversations and even snoring, but the neighbours were pretty good. Also some plumbing noises from other rooms. We stayed at 3 other hotels on Menorca and Mallorca, this was the most expensive and the only one without a Nespresso machine. In fairness we knew that in advance, but it would be an improvement. We hate writing negative reviews, and again, perhaps we expected too much. Hope it helps."
