Beautiful, quiet property and very nice room, the private plunge pool and terrace were a phenomenal touch. Could use some maintenance and definitely needed a larger wardrobe. Also needed better lighting in the bathroom area. All staff was absolutely great and helpful in assisting.

The building was absolutely beautiful, a historic landmark inside the old city and the room was magnificent. The staff was amazing, from our check in with Jeremy to our poolside dinner and cocktails courtesy of Edwin, to breakfasts with Fabian we loved the staff. We stayed in building 2 which had much bigger rooms. This was one of our all time favorite hotels!!

The stay in Nácar Hotel Hilton was excellent for several reasons. The breakfast was really good and was included under our stay. We could choose from both the menu and from the buffet. The hotel was close to several very good restaurants in the region they arranged for a boat trip to Rosario Island through a Tours company. Very nice staff professional, both of the restaurant and front desk. The AC was cooling a little too strong one day and the thermostat could not be adjusted and when we reported that they fixed it very promptly thank you for the senior staff at the restaurant who we’re taking personalized car for customers
