Clean room - professional staff - breakfast lacks variety. After 2 days, you get tired of the same food. In addition, they are renovating the hotel and the lobby is located on the 16th floor which was odd. Overall, the stay was agreeable.

The first room had a bad AC unit, a water leak in the bathroom and squeaky mattress. 2 guys from maintenance were amazing. They moved us to another room and helped us with our luggage. Really nice and professional guys.

A great place to stay, close to beaches, city center, and all the tourist-type thing's. The staff is beyond friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The best employee there, BY FAR is the concierge Francy! His level of attention and detail is unmatched by anyone at any establishment I've stayed at.

This hotel is centrally located. The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and their beds are comfy. Many dining options nearby. Their breakfast is pretty good with many choices available. Their staff is great, in particular, the guys at the door welcoming you each time you stop by. They are very helpful and thoughtful about the tourists and their needs.

Great hotel and awesome staff

Great Hotel in down town Cartagena. Less than 20 minutes from the airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak enough English to help you get settled in. I have to say the service here in Colombia is way better than in the USA, that’s not a knock on staff in the USA but it seems like the Colombians went way above board to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast was Colombian and delicious!! Highly recommend this hotel.
