"The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now"

Our group booked two rooms, and housekeeping unexpectedly added mini bar charges to both bills. "Perfect place for us to stay! Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the restaurant and spa were amazing, and the property itself was honestly the highlight of our trip to Argentina. Right in the middle of bustling Palermo neighborhood, but it felt intimate and secluded with the lush garden and beautiful rooms (cannot beat the Pool Suite). Cannot recommend Home Hotel enough!"

I received 2 messages from host, one indicating general check in and chack out time and the other, too close to my arrival while I was travelling internationally to do an obkigatiry check in via a link that didnt let me create a password.
