Great food, great people

We were merely passing through during the pandemic so don't wish to venture in Madrid so stayed here which is just outside. Again, travelling during the pandemic can be nerve racking but we received a friendly welcome when all the do's and don't were clearly explained. The hotel food and drink really surprised us. Really really good and unbelievable value for money. My only slight criticism was the twin beds were adjoining but I nearly fell between them during the night!

Lovely hotel

Hotel was lovely, room very clean and bed very comfortable...bar staff very friendly...unfortunately the receptionist was not so friendly on this occasion

Not a 4 star hotel!!!

The receptionist here was so rude! The hotel lacks the basic customer needs. The room we first got smelled like smoke so we asked to have our rooms changed. The receptionist expected us to move the baby crib in our room to the new one by ourself and tried to argue about it too! She was annoyed and did not even apologize. They also charge extra to use the indoor pool. We booked this hotel wanting to relax and for our toddler to enjoy the pool. But apparently itā€™s age restricted too and we were not informed about this earlier when we made the booking. The food here is terrible! We had dinner and breakfast and the food was so bad!! Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Donā€™t know how this place is a 4 star hotel.

El hotel es una pasada. Por la noche tienen menu, aunque un poco caro. El spa tiene horario restringido para niƱos, pero la habitacion tiene jacuzzi. Tiene tambien jardines y columpios para niƱos

Entorno tranquilo. RelaciĆ³n precio/calidad aceptable. La categorĆ­a se aproxima mĆ”s a un 3 estrellas que a un 4 estrellas que ostenta. Trato del personal muy correcto. Los precios de los servicios de SPA, para estar en la zona que estĆ”n, me parecen un poco caros. Por lo demĆ”s, en lĆ­neas generales muy correcto.

It says there is a restaurent, Its NOT! Only frozen pizzas from the supermarket, or some frozen sandwiches! And there is 40min to the nearest restaurent, that actually serves real food. Breakfast in the morning, everything standing out in the heat, disgusting!

pagina de marketing con los precios confusos,no han visto claro que la gente reservamos un spa para relajarnos que ademƔs tiene hotel y no al revƩs, por lo demƔs regular le sobra una estrella claramente y le sobran 5 euros al desayuno, no se queda ni la mitad de la gente,desaprovechan..sus recursos ,regular no volveremos mas de 120 euros por una noche y spa es caro, los hay mas baratos mas cerca de Madrid.

Goed hotel op een wat vreemde plaats.

Gekozen als uitvalbasis voor bezoek Toledo. OK wat dat betreft. Hotel OK. In Carranque behoorlijk eten is niet gelukt.
