"Breakfast great, rooms and hotel in general very tired, but we think it’s being done up as scaffolding all round. Staff efficient and pleasant, food sparse, only pizza for dinner available, so we ate out. Convenient location near shops and waterfront just a walk away, easy access to the gower. "

"My room had an awful smell from the bathroom and the TV channels kept freezing, I discussed with the staff the following day, they ensured housekeeping would see to it. Housekeeping did indeed attend my room only to throw the bedcovers back, empty the bin and leave it with no bag, left all the dirty cups and didn’t replace the tea and milk, and the smell was still there! I eventually told them I want a room change which they did, but this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here and I’ve always found housekeeping to be useless and never makeup the rooms properly."

"It looks and feels very tired and in need of an up lift to bring up to a good standard. Feels like it’s stuck in the 1980’s still. Not happy to have to pay to park either. "

"Room clean, but a lot of cobwebs at the top of the head board. Topper mattress was lumpy in the middle of the bed. Room was only cleaned on day of arrive, bin emptied on second day and cups cleaned. Recreptoon staff and bar staff lovely. Breakfast nice apart from cold coffee and toast."
