"Convenient location off 81. Room was clean. Staff at first didn't notice my arrival, but then showed up a few moments later (it was a nice evening outside). Didn't take note of breakfast, if any. Would stay here again!"

"We had a bloody hand towel, and I don't mean that how British people would mean that. I mean red human blood on a hand towel. Water pressure was terrible. There was a fire alarm that went off while they were testing the system and they didn't realize the alarm went off on all hotel floors. My wife and I ran down the stairs from the 8th floor and it was business as usual in the lobby. Also, from that stair well the exit to the street was not clearly marked. This is a real safety issue. Other than that, the hotel was actually nice and walkable to several destinations including the Capitol Building. "

"The hotel was okay, but I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, because we were 5, me, my husband and 3 kids (17,13 & 9). We got there and they said they were full (even though I made the reservation for the room I needed), so they gave me a room with 2 full size beds. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor, because they said it was nothing they could do. The 2 nights we booked, my son had to sleep on the floor. They said the best they could do was to give me some bed sheets to put on the floor for him to sleep on."
