"The property was In a nice quiet location. Our room was spotless and nice decor. Tracy and Richard were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was really nice and the pancakes were absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this guest house and we will definitely be back. Thank you Tracy and Richard x"

"The room was clean and well presented in a pretty idyllic location. Quite and not very looked. Local pud was within a 10 minute walk and they served great food. The pud overlooked a river and in the summer months there seating available to be able to sit along side the river. We were provided with tea, coffee and biscuits. We had use of a mini fridge within the room, we’re we could store refrigerated snacks. The Host lady was very friendly she was helpful and made our stay relaxed. The...

"Warm welcome by Bill on day 1. Our rooms were spotless and the breakfasts were reasonable. Close to everything you need in Aberaeron. Would 100% recommend to anyone."

"The setting is idyllic the facilities are very poor.No outside umbrellas to enjoy the view in the sun. No bar between 3pm and 5.30pm to access drinks of any kind. White wine at dinner served warm were told there was no chilled wines in the fridge. Evening menu is limited but we're still informed on the 2nd night that the first two options were Unavailable. There appears to be no managerial oversight"
