Uma estadia agradável, mas com pontos a melhorar.

O hotel é agradável, com uma vista deslumbrante e ótima localização, perto de tudo. O atendimento foi excelente; todos os funcionários, desde as recepcionistas até a equipe de limpeza, foram extremamente educados e simpáticos. O café da manhã, embora simples, estava bem saboroso. Por outro lado, alguns aspectos negativos comprometeram a experiência. Houve falta de manutenção em certos equipamentos, como o ventilador da sala e a televisão, que não funcionaram. Além disso, as camas de solteiro tinham colchões desconfortáveis e a caminha no quarto apresentava problemas no estrado, deixando o colchão torto ao deitar.

Foi uma viagem de família, o Jangada tem pros e contras, sobre os recepcionistas nao tenho o que falar muito solicitos e eduacados, sobre o café é bem simples, poucas opções, sobre os quartos bem simples tbm, ja de começo ja deu probelma na chave, a porta travava pra fechar do lado de fora, o quarto da minha sogra estava faltando uma tv e não fomos avisados, no meu quarto minha esposa foi ligar o secador e simplesmente explodiu, deu um curto, tomada do microondas com um super mal contato, as maiorias das tomadas nao funcionavam, o controle das duas tvs com botoes que não funcionavam, realmente complicado, mais fora tudo isso foi uma boa estadia, toalhas e quartos sempre limpos, a piscina, sauna sao muito boas, a localizacao é ótima, tudo que você precisa tem.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro de Caraguatatuba, sendo muito boas as acomodações. Acho que o hotel deveria se preocupar com o colchão, pois está bastante deformado. O café havia bastante itens, mas nada fora de série, pois os bolos e salgados, ficaram a desejar.

Atendimento muito cordial

O prédio é relativamente novo, tem tudo pra ser um excelente hospedagem em Caraguatatuba, mas deixa desejar em alguns aspectos. O Atendimento da recepção é muito cordial, respeitoso, e atendeu prontamente todas nossas necessidades, pessoal do buffet do café da manhã também, foram muito educados, cordiais, e receptivos. Existem alguns pontos para melhorarem, o café da manhã poderia ter uma apresentação mais elaborada, embora tudo bem disposto e muita variedade, o visual dava a impressão que estava muito largado. O quarto estava arrumado, e não tão limpo, havia cabelos pelo chão do banheiro, mas no geral estava arrumado e acredito que parecia ser apenas um descuido pontual. A area da piscina é MUITO boa, a vista é maravilhosa, super confortável e tivemos bons momentos em familia. O hotel precisa de mais cuidado com os detalhes, fios expostos, moveis fora do lugar, alguns lugares precisando de uma reforma. No geral eu recomendo, é uma boa estadia com potencial para ser uma excelente.

Ótima Estadia.

Atendimento excelente, pessoas muito educadas com boas acomodações e amplo espaço do quarto. Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade em estacionar devido o local ser prédio e um pouco apertado, porém, os atendentes deram todo suporte que precisei para estacionar dentro do prédio.

Minha avaliação é "bom". O Hotel é bom, atendimento bom. O acesso para portadores de dificuldades de locomoção é pelo portão da garagem. O acesso a recepção, pela entrada do hotel, é por escada. O Café da manhã é muito simplório, com poucas opções e com algumas coisas higiênicamente incoveniente, como um tecido de tuli cobrindo os alimentos e em contato com estes. Deve ser usado recipientes com tampa para proteger os alimentos.

The hotel is right across the street from the beach and carnival which is nice. Apon checking in our room had bugs on the bed and then when we killed them we were woken up to more bugs crawling on us. We called the front desk a man came up in the middle of the night and said its fine they are just termites and felt after promising us that we can change rooms the next day. We did not end up changing rooms they sent up a maid to clean the room and all she did was sweep and mop the floor. The shower as well when we checked in was filthy and i got an eye infection from the dirty old "queen sized" bed in the room. The bed was actually just two twin sized beds pushed together with a sheet on top. As well the hot tub was broken when we wanted to use it on the roof top.

Hotel de alto padrão, porém, sem preocupações com protocolos sanitários. Toalhas sem estar higienizadas e embaladas, recepcionista manuseou a toalha, inclusive colocando debaixo do braço antes de entregar para mim. Frigobar desligado e sem produtos para consumação; toalhas, fronhas e lençol com sinais de manchas, além do que nossa reserva não constava como efetivada sendo que pelo site tivemos a confirmação. No geral, não agradou nossas expectativas.

Bem localizado e limpo.

Estive com minha família e achei muito gostoso, lugar bem tranquilo, limpo e tem um ótimo café da manhã. O acesso é muito fácil, tem um quiosque muito gostoso atrás do parque de diversões que está em frente ao hotel, então dá para curtir a praia apenas atravessando a rua.
