"Upon arrival, we were sent to a room without power and a leak in the bathroom. The stafd had shut off the power because of the leak so they knew about it but put us in the room anyways. When we were moved, they provided us with a free drink voucher which was nice but when we tried to use it to order a pint, they only brought us a half pint. When eating at their restaurant, their cesaer salad included carrots which I am allergic to. This was not listed under the allergens or in the menu...

"Rooms were clean but very dated. Amenities were minimal but sufficient for 1 night. My room had an interconnecting door to another room. This has never been a problem for me before, but the sound proofing in my room was so poor, that it sounded like the 3 girls in the next room who were chatting at a perfectly normal volume at 2am, were sitting on my bed. I asked if possible for a room I quiet area of hotel, this was accommodated at an additional cost of £180 euros hence total cost £792 for two nights bed and breakfast, not good value for money.Room was clean and aided a restful night. Breakfast was like Piccadilly Circus with Children and a cartoon character walking around. I asked for gluten free crackers but not availability as don’t eat bread. Poor...
