The hotel is in a good position in Paratico and only a short walk along the promenade and over the bridge to Sarnico where you can get the ferry to other places on the lake.The swimming pool is set in lovely mature gardens and is quiet and peaceful.The hotel staff were superb and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

What can I say just come back from staying at this hotel and I most say WOW it was sublime and the room was out of this world... the pictures do not do it justice I expected a average room but this junior suite with a jacuzzi bath was enormous so clean and tidy and even had its own lift to get down to the carpark...it really made my 10 year wedding anniversary a dream and the Mrs loved the surprise and more so the room. Thank you to the staff we put out the extras made my day. Free smoke...

We really enjoyed our stay at this recently renovated 12th century castle which sits in its own vineyards, and also houses a winery. It is very comfortable and the decor is stunning. Bed and breakfast is the service, and the breakfast buffet is impressive. For eating and drinking, the towns of Sarnica and Paratico are 5 minutes away by car, on the edge of Lago Iseo.

This newly opened hotel is beautiful. The rooms ate nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The bonus or air con, kettle, coffee, machine, free toiletries, hairdryer and a mini bar are all a huge plus. The breakfast is simple, super and just enough to set you up for the day. Irina on the reception desk is so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped make our stay run smoothy with tips for getting bus tickets and where to visit. We would return no problem! Scrupulously clean and well maintained in a great location. Underground parking was a definite bonus in the hot weather. Excellent breakfast buffet spread. I only had 1 meal in the restaurant on an evening which unfortunately was quite disappointing, I was hoping that as a Thai branded hotel the Thai food would be superb, not the case on this occasion.

Beautiful property, fantastic grounds and gardens and the staff are amazing. We loved our few days staying here.

The stay was wonderful, lake view, very pleasant staff. Only down side is if you are walking it is a bit of a trek up a very steep hill, but worth it for the view. We asked about taxi back to the station but they only have 3 in the town and they much prefer airport runs, the lady from the hotel then took us herself which just added to how the hotel felt, a real homestay. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would 100% recommend

The dining setting is awesome! The staff was great to us and our Rottweiler. They were very fond of him. Singh in the restaurant was great. Can't say enough. Thanks

Very quiet relaxing hotel. Great for unwinding, though with no entertainment some may get bored. Lovely facilities. Great views over the lake. Very friendly reception staff.

Breakfast excellent staff very good room view fantastic

This was a very comfortable stay. The hotel was well located and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit hot - I was annoyed I didn't notice this before I couldn't be bothered to go and ask reception about it! But otherwise a fine comfortable good value stay.

Very comfortable hotel, close to centre. Friendly efficient service and much better than average hotel breakfast. Rooms are individually furnished. Large bathroom with too complicated shower. Would stay again.
