Have been going to this hotel for many years. Always feel at home, The staff is lovely. Rooms are large and comfortable. Great breakfast. Parking is ample and easy. Our dog was very happy.

quality of the in-house dining experience doesn't match the profile of the hotel. The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. Convenient for the lake. Near train station 200metres. Near to the ferry station to provide easy access to visit towns around the lake. Hotel and rooms are in need of refurbishment. Observed some poor hygiene practices. Staff should handle food with tongs not bare hands.
