The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great.
Overall enjoyed our stay, thank uoy to reception team for being so helpful and welcoming, bar and restaurant staff for their great service.

This is a pricy modern hotel. My first time in Milan. I stayed for 8 nights. The a/c wasn't working properly. I was disappointed with the room. I was expecting more space in the rooms, it was too small for me considering the beautiful pictures seen advertised when I made the booking.

The hotel location is PERFECT!!! Close to the metro, nice restaurants and shopping areas. Amazing, Friendly staff. Free mini bar was a huge plus. Room service top notch. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is perfectly located across the street from Lake Lugano and within a short walk of downtown. They have an amazing Spa and a Michelin Star restaurant. The staff is always so friendly and makes us feel at home. This is my go to spot in Lugano.
