The communication was good, and they were quick to respond! The room was clean- but for one bit- there are some dead mosquito residue on the walls. "This property is in a great central location in the Piazza della Repubblica within a couple minutes walk of the duomo. Check in is at another property within 3-5 minute walk which didn't cause any issues for us. For check out, you do not have to go back over unless there is something that needs to be settled.
