Wir waren im Rosen Zimmer, es war schoen eingerichtet, sehr zauber und gepflegt, historische charmant mit modernem Komfort, Klima usw. wir haben extra eine Weinprobe gemacht und genossen, Wein und Olivenoel vom hohen qualitaet. Abends und morgens im schoenen Garten zu verweilen ist ein muss! Man merkt, dass dieses Haus ein Familienhaus Haus ist und mit Herz und Liebe geleitet...

"Als wir ankamen wurden wir von dem Besitzer herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde die komplette Anlage gezeigt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und landestypisch eingerichtet. "I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. It was such a needed respite. The on-site restaurant was outstanding! The wine is absolutely amazing. The hospitality staff would swoop in whenever we were at breakfast and reset our room. The pool was nice and clean. The views are spectacular. The people were helpful and accommodating. We even had a private wine tasting. Do not hesitate for a second about staying here. I miss it already."

"I dont think i will even consider any other hotel in Florence specially if you have a car driving around Tuscany. The tram stop right outside the hotel and takes you right into downtown. AC was also very cool which is perfect for summer months. Room was very spacious. Bar and Food options on site."

"We had a very good stay in Florence. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our experience. There are a few areas that could use a little more attention. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn, with noticeable marks and damage on some of the walls, and the elevator was occasionally problematic. These were relatively minor issues, though, and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. A very good option for a stay in Florence, and we would happily recommend it!"

"The entire stay was perfect, from start to finish. This hotel is to the image of Florence: beautiful and steeped in history. All staff were professional, competent and very pleasant. Our room was comfortable and the all-linen sheets? Dreamy. The breakfast was delicious and suited all tastes. We could not have asked for a better location to explore all that Florence has to offer."

"I loved the hotel decor! And the hotel staff were great! Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Super helpful and knowlegeable staff. The room was a bit small but cozy, clean and a very comfy bed. There is minimal area to store/hang clothing. There was a mini safe in the room. The bar fridge included water and cream for coffee/tea which was provided at no additioal charge. The patio area is quite lovely with a variety of sitting areas, umbrellas and misters. The restaurant staff was great but the food is very pricey and not fabulous. This hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, farmacias. It was about a $15 EU cab fare from the Florence Santa Maria Novella train station to the hotel."
