"We arrived later in the day, so our only contact with the staff was through email and text. They were very professional and courteous. We asked the day before for a shuttle to the airport and they set it up right away for the following morning. The room was very clean and updated and very close to good restaurants near the Tiber River. For just staying 1 night, excellent service and highly recommend!"

The one thing I didn't know ahead of time was that we would need a code to get inside the hotel and then we didn't know where the reception area was because it was not right inside the door.
