"The staff at Hotel Nederland REALLY wants you to feel at home. The absolute best service I have met in a hotel - outstanding! If I could give them 6 stars I would. Hotel is clean, up to date, has nice bathrooms, bikes to lend (free of charge), umbrella and deckchairs included at the beautiful beach, parking in park house and they take you the upon arrival and drive you back. Almost afraid to reveal this hidden gem in beautiful Caorle…"

"When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. My only complaint is if you rent a Beach Front Hotel you would think you would not be charged 10 Euro per day to walk across the beach to go in the water. I was told I would not be changed if I had booked directly with the hotel this was a surcharge for booking with hotels.com. Scam."
