"Thin walls. Rowdy guests slamming doors and partying in the pool until 1am. Our room had exposed outlets and a toilet that rocked back and forth when you sat down. The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't get breakfast as there was not a seat open. Husband noted that the gym had a couple of machines that were not working. We will skip this one next time."

"The property is a bit rundown overall. Most of the extra amenities (games and such) weren’t accessible due to an event booked at the hotel. The worst part is the state of the room - it smelled like stale cigarette smoke in a nonsmoking room and the couch was so stained that we wouldn’t dare sit on it. For the price they are charging, that is just unacceptable. And by the state if everything else, including rusty handrails, worn paint, chipped tiles, and an out of order elevator that had a sign indicating this was a long standing situation, it wasn’t worth asking for anything to be addressed by the hotel."

"My first impression of the front office was that it was dingy and badly in need of new paint. The door frame was peeling and the area looked run down. The first room assigned had a very musty smell, a large dead roach in the floor and peeling shower. Front desk staff was able to assign a different room with no problem. Second room had a dehumidifier running which helped but shower was peeling in that room too. Had to request a clean sheet as there was a questionable stain on one of them. Breakfast buffet was very good. Area around hotel is rather seedy looking and there is not really a good area to walk pets."

"Advertised pool, did not have one. they said it was closed. Elevator did not work and had been down for over 2 months. Had requested a bottom floor if no elevator was available. was told the bottom floor was only for extended stays. I had booked over 2 months in advance. I informed them that they would put me on the bottom floor or they could find us another hotel for the same price. They finally (found us a room) on the bottom floor. The room was large and very clean. The hotel appeared very clean, had a good breakfast. Staff was amazing and helpful."

"This facility is in need of attention. It is suffering deferred maintenance and is not being kept clean. Our toilet leaked. The ice machine was out of order for the weekend. Front desk staff received four stars but would have received five had the young lady at our first check-in been able to comprehend what we were saying in plain English. We believe she was fairly new at her position. Breakfast was powdered eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal, and yogurt. All good, except the eggs. For a Wyndham property, we were not impressed. We'll not stay at this one again."
