"Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom large with hot water. Good for longer stays. Staff helpful and attentive. Language an issue at times. Not many dining options in the area. Required travel to city commercial areas. The shopping areas are close but traffic can be a challenge."

The interior of the hotel itself is beautiful but the rooms had better days. I’m not a fan of wood floor with lifted flooring. If you can get past that it’s in a safe location with plenty things to do within a reasonable reach. "

"The room is clean and spacious. Excellent location as it’s next to a mall. There are many dining options around the hotel within walking distance. Staff is very helpful and friendly. During my stay (room 1606), I’ve mistakenly threw something into the trash bin. I approached the 阿姨 who was still cleaning other rooms on the same floor and she managed to retrieve it for me. Really appreciate it. Didn’t manage to get her name but thank you very much. "
