"The bed was very hard and there was very little furniture in the room. There wasn't even a chair to sit and watch tv in the room."

"Cannot say enough great things....the staff was so nice and helpful. I never was ignored or felt like they were annoyed with me in any of the departments (front desk, food servers, cleaning staff.) We are a family of 5 so our youngest was provided a cot that was large and comfy and fit well in the room and they brought us plenty of sheet and pillows and a blanket. There is plenty of breakfast food in the morning and coffee and tea 24/7. The egg omlets were tasty and you can make your own waffles among many other options. Amazing value for the money. There was also an indoor pool that kids were having a blast in and a small arcade. "

"I loved how equipped the kitchenette was. It had everything you need. Including measuring cups! I was so surprised. Also, I appreciate how kind they were to my dogs. I would 100% stay there again. No doubt."
