"This hotel makes you rethink all the other 5 stars experiences you had in your life. It’s located in the heart of the city walking distance from the hippest places, it offers large rooms with great amenities. The food was freshly made and beautifully served ever day for breakfast with a great variety of options. The service though, that’s what I truly loved about my experience. They do a fantastic job making sure you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel provided excellent customer service given by very helpful staff. The drinks and hors doeuvres that were laid on each evening were a lovely touch that we all appreciated. We had 3 rooms all in one annexe that were well decorated with great facilities. The rotunda room was particularly special. Everything about the hotel worked perfectly for us, including the location. She took care of us during our stay as did Doriane and Elena in the main reception, Christophe at breakfast, Ludovic at the pool. Frank was our ever kind and elegant manager who tried his hardest and best to get the beach back in order after the recent storms. "Our room was big and the bed was really comfortable. The decor was what I'd describe as "Hollywood glam" -- not at all the shabby chic like it looks in the photo. The bathroom was huge -- probably the biggest one I've seen in France, with a big bathtub for soaking. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area are quite small -- the breakfast area in particular was nice but looked cramped -- it was not an enticing spot for breakfast. The hotel is easy walking distance...

"This is a lovely setting and was a return trip for us. We stayed 5 nights. Bar Fitzgerald had fabulous live music- piano and vocals by extremely gifted lady pianist.There were a few areas that should be improved compared to our previous stays. Concierge are outstanding- Christopher, Luca, over night desk supervisor on Wednesday nights* ( both years). Others whose names I do not know were great. Shortfalls- bar waite staff. Worked very hard, moved very fast, avoided eye contact often. ...

"Room was spacious and very clean with daily service. Property located within walking distance to the sea front and city centre. Only slight issue was that the room walls seem thin are not very sound proof, you can hear the neighbours when in the room"
