Location was ok. Room was ok but a bit tired and dark. Bed was very comfortable. Tea coffe mugs etc not replenished daily. Water machine in reception was really useful. Staff not as friendly or helpful as we are used to.

The property doesn’t look like the pictures, especially the outside. There are stairs into the hotel which is a side entrance so you have to lug your suitcase up and down. Feels very out dated and on the other side of the bridge. For less you can be in the city centre and have the same quality hotel. ...
