"We had to scramble to find a hotel upon arriving in Málaga as our previous reservation got canceled on us (the host didn’t have an available room after all). This place was a little pricey but it was much cheaper than any alternatives.
First off, its location is nearly perfect. It’s right in the center of the historic district so you can walk nearly everywhere interesting, including the beach and not need a car. The room was much larger than we are used to in Europe including the bathroom. We never quite figured out how the AC thermostat worked, so maybe ask the front desk for some pointers. Fortunately it was pretty comfortable most of our stay so we didn’t have to mess with it. The hotel also serves a free breakfast which is excellent. Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, bread, fresh fruit, etc. Not your typical waffle and cold cereal you find in budget hotels. There is also a filtered water dispenser on each floor and the room contains a glass bottle for filling. Don’t forget to bring your own flasks or bottles so you can take some water with you into town. There was also a mini-fridge, water kettle, a safe, and a hair dryer. We didn’t see a clothes iron."
