"They made our honeymoon really special! The staff were exceptionally nice, our room was cleaned every day, they constantly were asking if we needed anything. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch, we loved the fresh juices and waffle bar especially. They certainly catered to Asian/Indian/Western cultures and had options for everyone. Having a pool suite was the best choice at this place. We booked a romantic sun deck dinner our last night and they really went above and beyond and made it so special. Highly recommend for any couples looking for a romantic getaway, they should make the resort adult only lol!"

"This isn't Canggu's most luxurious resort. But great location, rooms have kitchennette, bed is comfy, no surprise photos that are meant to sell. Great value."

"This hotel is so run-down. Curtains in my room were cover in black mold, elevators were out of order. I dont know how this hotel is 5 stars. But this was by far the worst hotel i stayed at during my whole trip to bali. "

"This is a great hotel that offers exceptional value for money. The breakfast inclusion was very generous and the food delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive and always willing to help. Don’t stay here if you don’t like being surrounded by nature though. We had lots of different bugs in our room included a crab twice. It’s an eco hotel so that’s to be expected and for the price we found this hotel to be fantastic. I’d highly recommended."

"We loved our stay at COMO Uma! The check in experience was top tier. Amenities including gym and pools were also top tier. Staff the best service you can find. Rooms checked/ cleaned twice a day. Breakfast spread and menu was delectable. Would definitely stay again when visiting canggu."
