"Although the room was clean, the TV didn’t work, lights attached to bed didn’t work, despite mentioning it to reception, nothing was done about it, the entire surrounding of the motel was filthy, noise throughout the night, drug trades going on, found out from locals there was a history of murders onsite. DO NOT BOOK it is my strong advice."

"The hotel was in a great central location and the room itself was decorated nicely, but unfortunately there were several small details that made our stay less comfortable than expected. The bathroom sink drain seemed partially clogged, which was a little off-putting, and there were unfinished details in the room like only part of the door being painted. The TV also didn’t work during our stay. The biggest issue was that we were placed right in the middle of an active construction area. Every time we left the room, there were construction workers throughout the hallways, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and not very relaxing. Overall, while the hotel has potential and the location was convenient, the experience didn’t feel ideal for what was supposed to be a peaceful weekend getaway."

"Room had an intense cleaning smell masking stale pee. Only one worker at a time so couldn’t call up anything to the room. Didn’t feel safe leaving my girls alone in the room asleep if I need to go down and pick up extra towels or blankets. Crowded kitchen room. Over paid"

"the bed is very uncomfortable. the mattress needs to change. it made so much noise even just sit in the bed. We're hoping next visit with new mattress."

"The staff were all very pleasant and polite. Typical mid-range hotel breakfast; everything was fine. There is a supermarket across the street and there are lots of moderately-priced restaurants within walking distance. Steps away, I went to a Mediterranean restaurant (no one could agree which cuisine they meant) that had a comedy improv night. My only comment is that the rooms are not quite as nice as a those in nearby BW attached to a bowling alley. But the rates at this one are a little lower and it is on Ventura Blvd and close to highway exits. Balance your priorities."
