"I booked 4 rooms but from those 3 of the rooms shower’s head are poor condition. The staffs didn’t clean the room as they should. My families 8 people stayed there for two night. Small bathrooms and not enough space in the bathroom."

I had to call down to have them come up and fix things. The worst though was a shower that didn't work. They tried to act like the fault was that the city was shutting off the power at certain times during the day, but my friends in other rooms had no such problems.
