I love staying at the Adina in Kingston. The staff are extremely accommodating and professional, the rooms are wonderful, property is delightful and there are many amazing cafes, restaurants and amenities within short walking distance. I highly recommend the Adina in Kingston next time you visit Canberra.

Rooms needs a refresh. Carpets and curtains worn out, old and stained. Could be cleaned better - found dirt/food/bugs under the beds when we had to adjust them for the kids, and microwave not cleaned. The outside gardens are nice and well kept. Reception was helpful and accommodating. In a safe neighbourhood, close to restaurants and shops.

Nice and clean little 2 bedroom apartment with updated bathroom. Great communication via reservations. Friday night stay, so was a bit noisy from other rooms. People hiding in bushes when I went to pick up dinner! Coles and restaurants in walking distance.

WE wont be staying again, the condition of the rooms, pool were in desperate need of repairs and a make over. curtains were ripped, draws broken, kitchen appliances missing and dirty. and the swimming pool was in major need of upkeep. It was a disapointing stay. It was a good location and very quiet.

I was in Canberra for a family reunion, with other family members staying in the same complex. I was dismayed to receive a text when I was only 30 mins from my destination to say I had been moved to another property, due to renovations! I rang to express my concern and my son went down to reception to reiterate my need to stay there. That was fortunattely resolved. The stay itself was comfortable and pleasant, however, even if a 'serviced apartment', I would expect the room to be vacuumed each day, which it was not.
