MI è piaciuta la cortesia del personale e la disponibilità, il rapporto qualità/prezzo, il cibo. La camera sarebbe da mettere un pochino a posto perché alcune parti tendono a staccarsi come per esempio lo sportello della doccia, ma per il prezzo che abomaso pagato ci è piaciuto lo stesso. E poi la pulizia delle camere era molto buona

Struttura datata ottima la scelta per la colazione , i pasti a buffet sono buoni ma è da rivedere la posizione del servizio , i primi dovrebbero essere separati dai secondi in modo da formare due file. Il personale è molto professionale e cortese. Ottima la possibilità di avere un sacchetto con panini acqua e frutta per il pranzo picnic. Buona la pulizia. La posizione è buona il prezzo è ottimo per la zona in cui si trova bisogna armarsi di pazienza per il buffet se l'albergo è pieno.

Hotel Villa Emma

Il soggiorno nel complesso é stato buono, abbiamo trovato camere e hotel in ordine e puliti e personale corretto e cortese (ambiente semplice e familiare e informale). L'albergo é sito in una posizione a mio avviso strategica per l'utilizzo degli impianti di risalita raggiungibili comodamente a piedi (sia quelli di Alba che di Canazei). L'unico appunto che potrei fare é sui pasti a mio avviso migliorabili (aumentando varietà di piatti). Rimane comunque nel complesso un buon albergo tre stelle con un buon rapporto qualità -prezzo. Fortemente consigliato. Se capiterà l'occasione tornerò sicuramente.

Everything wonderful except WiFi extremely slow and did not work in the room. We had to sit in the lobby for it to work. Full board was nice. Great salad and fresh vegetables. Views beautiful! I would stay again

Personale molto disponibile e simpatico; bella la struttura con il classico ambiente di montagna. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa e per questo ci torneremo sicuramente!

Soggiorno complessivamente buono, ambienti puliti, cibo abbondante e di buona quaità. Peronale gentile. E' invece da curare di più l'arredo, datato e poco tenuto, con diversi interventi che sarebbero necessari: i dettagli sono importanti. Non mi sono trovato male ma non ci tornerei se non in mancanza di alternative.

Più che onesto per il prezzo richiesto.

Per il prezzo richiesto (2 adulti+2 bambini - pensione completa 5 notti) il servizio è più che adeguato. Non aspettatevi il trattamento tipico delle pensioni di montagna... si tratta pur sempre di una catena di alberghi. Buffet più che soddisfacente (abbiamo mangiato fino a scoppiare), senza eccellenze particolari. Camera piccolina e decisamente da riammodernare così come tutta la struttura, diversa rispetto alle foto proposte in fase di prenotazione. Soggiorno comunque piacevole nonostante 4 pomeriggi di pioggia incessante. Alte potenzialità non del tutto sfruttate... problemi di catena, non del personale presente in struttura.

Cortesia, pulizia e ottimo cibo..

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel da 06/02 al 12/02 2017. Nel complesso un ottimo hotel: buona posizione, cibo squisito, camere pulite e personale incredibilmente cortese e disponibile. possibilità di arrivare al centro del paese sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Skiferie

Villa Emma var et godt udgangspunkt for vores skiferie. Rent og pænt hotel. Skibussen afgik 50m fra hotellet, og tog kun få minutter før vi var ved skiliften. Skiløbet i området var intet mindre end fantastisk. Ungerne var dog ikke helt tilfredse med, at spa-og wellness afdelingen kun var for voksne.
