A equipe é muito atenciosa, o cafe da manhã impecável, cama aconchegante, enxoval de cama maravilhoso, para amantes de vinho, o quarto (Araucaria) possui uma adega. A pousada possui um Spa Anna Pegova e as massagens foram excelentes. Único ponto que comentei com a equipe era a troca por toalhas mais novas.

Um Hotel boutique para retornar!!!

Hotel boutique surpreendente. Quarto confortável, com amenities l'occitaine. A Piscina aquecida a 30 graus e pode ser usada em dia de sol mesmo no inverno de Campos. O cafe da manhã é a La Carte e possui um restaurante próprio. Equipe atenciosa , agradeço a todos em especial a Andressa que está sempre solicita. Apresenta experiencias sensoriais, massagens, quadras esportivas e academia. Fica uns 10 min de carro do centro mas compensa pelo conjunto da obra. Retornarei!!!

Pousada boutique incrível com atenção aos detalhes: experiência de aromaterapia, sais de banho e cortesia de boas vindas. Excelente qualidade da cama, toalhas de banho e amenidades Loccitane au Bresil. Os quartos de entrada correspondem aos tamanhos descritos: são pequenos, mas funcionais. Capsulas de café não estão inclusas, na minha opinião é uma cortesia que poderia ser relevada em próximas hospedagens, pois faz a diferença. Uma sugestão também seria a abertura de cama, algo a ser considerado para pousadas nesta proposta.

Éramos os únicos hospedes do hotel na primeira noite. Nos colocaram no quarto com a pior vista do hotel, frente a chaminé e o depósito, simplesmente inacreditável. Ou seja uma atitude claramente não voltada ao cliente, sem a mínima cultura de encantar o cliente para assegurar o retorno. Pedi para o proprietário entrar em contato comigo pois tenho certeza que ele nunca deve ter dado esta orientação a sua equipe, mas ele nunca me procurou. Uma pena ver um investimento tão esmeroso e caprichado nos detalhes ser anulada por um serviço como fomos tratados. Está claramente faltando orientação do ollhar do dono.

Fomos os primeiros hóspedes da pousada pelo Hoteis.com e a experiência foi IMPECÁVEL. A pousada é extremamente linda com instalações super novas, uma arquitetura moderna, estacionamento amplo, concierge que te atende antes mesmo da sua chegada ao local, uma equipe hiper capacitada e treinada (é visível) A estrutura é nota mil, os quartos são lindos e cada um foi criado por um arquiteto diferente o que te deixa ainda mais encantado! O restaurante, nem se fala...uma experiência a parte. Piscina aquecida, bar externo com fogo de chão, serviços super gostosos e todo o ambiente é um romance a parte!
