"We very much enjoyed our stay and the owner was extremely helpful and attentive. The view from the property was amazing and our room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and gave a lot of options. We unfortunately didnt get to make full use of the property because of the weather, but if you have a nice day the outside amenities would be very nice. "

"The pictures on Expedia and their website do not do justice to this place. It is a very impressive working winery and the rooms are well appointed. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent though service was mixed when it was busy. My only complaint is that the ‘smoking area’ for diners is close to the outdoor terrace and with the prevailing wind it meant that you could smell and taste the cigaretttes at that end of the terrace - not pleasant when you are not used to it. "We enjoyed our stay here, and they arranged a wonderful day of wine tasting and a cooking class for us. The things we did not like, though, were that the gym in the basement was very warm, and also the outdoor pool was not open, even though it was quite hot out. The breakfast was nice. There is not much to do in the immediate area, so you would want to have a car, or a driver arranged for your time there. We did not use any of the spa services. They have bikes to use, but we did not inquire...
