Se alugar carro fica mais caro

O hotel é bem confortável, o atendimentos é bom e o café da manhã é muito bom, mas a roubada é caso você alugue um carro na aeroporto de Viracopos terá que pagar dois pedágios (na verdade é o mesmo pedágio, só que o retorno fica logo após a praça do pedágio), ou seja, terá que desembolsar R$ 27,60 (13,80 cada passagem). Ao chegar ao hotel tem uma faixa informando que o hotel paga seu pedágio, mas ao chegar na recepção você é informado que tal reembolso só é para reserva feita pelo site do hotel (Accor.com). Assim, quem fizer reserva pelo Hoteis.com não tem direito ao reembolso.

No geral estava tudo ok mas o grande problema foi que cheguei tarde e cansado e não tinha coberta no quarto e durante a madrugada tive que me cobrir com uma toalha para não passar tanto frio.

o quarto não tinha o folheto informativo com do hotel com telefones úteis, e o pior o banheiro estava entupido a água não descia pela descarga, quando demos descarga a água não descia, pior que foi "merda" de outros nem era nossa rsrs ... não tinha o kit com escova de dente e creme dental.

O melhor ibis que já me hospedei. Lindo, limpo e confortável. O café da manhã muuuito gostoso, sem exageros, um pouco de tudo. Atendimento excelente! Muito perto do aeroporto Viracopos!

Hotel tem um dificultador, para chegar ao mesmo do aeroporto de viracopos tem que pagar dois pedágios. Pegar um transporte de aplicativo no hotel é muito difícil devido a este problema do pedágio. PEDÁGIO É UM GRANDE COMPKLICADOR PARA ESTE HOTEL. O hotel até faz reembolso para motoristas porém tem regras para tal. Pense bem antes de reservar.

Hotel com recepcionista incapacitada. Tem um pedagio horrível de caro na frente do hotel, eles se disponibilizam a reembolsar o dinheiro do pedagio mas só se a reserva for feita no próprio Ibis, achei péssimo a moça que me atendeu nem alguma alternativa deu mal olhou na minha cara.

O pgto do pedágio ida e volta de R$ 13,80 cada pra chegar ao hotel torna a hospedagem mais salgada (o reembolso ñ acontece para todos) ñ tem nada por perto e se torna inviável sair e voltar pro hotel por conta do pedágio absurdo. O sofá cama ñ poderia ser considerado opção para dormir (é péssimo).

Os funcionários foram atenciosos, mas o quarto lamentável!!! A tampando caixa acoplada do banheiro estava quebrada, fios de cabelo (que não eram meus) dentro do box, chão e paredes! Box de vidro sujo de produtos de cabelo, condicionadores ou shampoo, escoamento do ralo ineficiente! Ao lado do vaso havia uma “meleca de nariz” na parede. O cobertor ja poído de tantas utilizações, com certeza deveria ter sido jogado fora a tempos. Travesseiros de qualidade inferior. Com relação ao café da manhã estava bom, mas os ovos era horríveis, super ressecados. Fora o fato do pedagio pra entrar e sair do hotel, mesmo eles ressarcindo 1 pedagio por estadia. Valeu pra nunca mais !!!

Ótimo para aguardar uma conexão

Hotel ótimo para aguardar uma conexão em Viracopos. Não fica distante, mas o pedágio encarece o transporte. O hotel descontou o valor na minha diária. É um hotel bem simples, mas com o necessário para uma estadia de uma noite. Destaque positivo para a equipe de funcionários, muito educados.

Pedágios estragam o local!

Ficar nesse hotel é uma grande furada! É impossivel ir e sair de uber, pois tem uma praça de pedagio ao lado e ninguém quer passar por ali. A comida é bem meia boca e é impossivel sair de lá ou pedir delivery. Para pernoite do aeroporto, prefira hoteis em Campinas.

Estadia agradável.

Ambiente muito agradável e limpo. Atendimento cordial, prestativo e simpático. Café da manhã bom com boa variedade, sem excessos que não fazem falta. Quarto bom e limpo, somente a cama cujo colchão parece um colchonete (não muito confortável) e o sofá cama que, quando aberto, tem um desnível entre as partes que o deixa muito desconfortável.

Ótimo custo beneficio, apesar dos pedágios.

Creio que o maior problema deste hotel ficou por conta dos dois pedágios de R$ 13,80 que qualquer veiculo que saia de VCP tenha que pagar mesmo sendo relativamente proximo (8km do aeroporto) o que dá muita confusão no transporte com aplicativos ou taxi. A parte boa fica por conta de que o hotel restitui o valor do pedagio, amenizando o problema. No mais, tudo novo e otimo custo/beneficio.

ELÔGIO E SUGESTÃO

Parabêns pela postura e carinho que os atendentes ( Gabriel e Bruno) tem com os hospedes, encantador. Porém, peço que melhore a limpeza dos quartos, sempre que me hospedo utilizo o tempo para trabalhar e geralmente estou sendo acomodado em quartos sem mesa de trabalho. :(
