Bom custo-benefício.

O hotel atende bem uma viagem em que se pretende ficar pelo hotel. Fui muito bem atendida quando solicitei toalhas que faltavam no quarto. O restaurante/bar do hotel tem opções para quem quer comer ou somente petiscar algo. O estacionamento é gratuito. Ponto negativo é que ao redor não tem opções de farmácia, restaurante academias. E o box do banheiro tem uma entrada estreita, pessoas obesas podem não se sentirem confortáveis.

Hotel está decadente. Tudo muito sujo. Nosso quarto parecia ter sido usado e não ter sido limpo. Havia cabelos pelo chão, cama desarrumada, cabelo no box do banheiro. O hotel como um todo é muito sujo. Chegamos quase de madrugada e muito cansados, caso contrário teria procurado um outro lugar pra ficar.

Eu escolhi esse hotel pela proximidade do aeroporto e pelas avaliações aqui, mas ao chegar no quarto fiquei bem decepcionada. O cheiro forte de produtos de limpeza, o hotel e antigo, no quarto vc via as paredes remendadas, manchas nas paredes. A tv ficava piscando não funcionava direito. O café da manhã foi suficiente mas nada de maravilhoso. Com ctz não volto nesse hotel.

Esperava por mais

Hospedagem de uma semana a trabalho. Ao chegar, o controle da TV não funcionava e a porta do banheiro não fechava o trinco e nem a chave. Em um dos dias, o chuveiro não esquentou pela manhã. No café da manhã, em 2 dias, a maquina de café estava desligada, e a explicação para isso foi a falta de "PRODUTO". Para fechar com chave de "ouro", de quinta para sexta um hospede vizinho resolveu trocar o "H" de hotel para "M", e ai nem preciso contar os detalhes da situação vexatória 01:00 da manhã para quem precisava acordar na sexta de manhã, trabalhar e depois dirigir. Não tive uma boa experiência, e pelas avaliações positivas anotadas anteriormente, fui esperando mais, inclusive recomendando o hotel para mais 8 colegas que tiveram percepções semelhantes a minha.

Quando chegamos, mesmo após o horário de início do check-in, o quarto ainda não estava liberado e tivemos que aguardar. Ao entrar, havia um cheiro muito forte de água sanitária, que demorou a sair e tornou a estadia desconfortável no início. Em determinado momento, uma camareira chegou a abrir nossa porta por engano. O edredom foi um ponto positivo, bastante confortável, enquanto a cama e os travesseiros eram apenas razoáveis. A TV não era smart, transmitindo a sensação de estar ultrapassada. O chuveiro também deixou a desejar, não esquentava, a água ficava apenas morna e se estivesse um pouco mais frio, seria inviável tomar banho. A equipe apresentou variação no atendimento. alguns funcionários foram simpáticos, outros nem tanto. À noite, era possível ouvir portas batendo e móveis sendo arrastados, o que prejudicou o descanso. O café da manhã foi simples e com poucas opções, uma verdadeira decepção. O hotel é visivelmente antigo e a falta de manutenção é perceptível, principalmente nas áreas comuns como restaurante, bar e piscina. Pelo valor pago, a experiência não compensou. O único ponto realmente conveniente foi o estacionamento, que atendeu bem nosso veículo, e a proximidade com o evento que participamos. Fora isso, não encontrei atrativos que me fariam retornar.
