PrĆ³s: local bonito, belo lago; cama king confortĆ”vel, boa ducha; limpeza do quarto ok (mas a do hotel precisa melhorar); cafĆ© da manhĆ£ ok; piscina de fato aquecida; refeiƧƵes do almoƧo e jantar muito boas, com destaque para os pratos de robalo e filet mignon (no ponto certo); bebidas inclusas (exceto alcoĆ³licas); apresentaĆ§Ć£o de violĆ£o e piano com mĆŗsicos muito bons (Rafael e Marcos); em geral o atendimento Ć© bastante cortĆŖs, com destaque para Matheus (recepĆ§Ć£o), Raul, AndrĆ© (restaurante), Sandra (camareira), Felipe (equipe aventura), Vanessa (spa) e Scooby. Contras: pĆ©ssimo atendimento telefĆ“nico de uma tal Viviane (setor de reservas), que insistia e me mandou mail dizendo que meu check in deveria ser Ć s 18h no domingo, quando o nosso contrato via este site dizia que o horĆ”rio era Ć s 16h. Foi pedido a ela um check in antecipado se fosse possĆ­vel, a resposta foi negativa, e ainda sugerindo que querĆ­amos isso para ter almoƧo grĆ”tis... foi patĆ©tico, de longe o pior atendimento que jĆ” tive (e olha que jĆ” viajei muito). AlĆ©m disso, o hoteis.com jĆ” havia solicitado upgrade de quarto para suĆ­te caso houvesse disponibilidade, o que fazem com frequĆŖncia para usuĆ”rios golden deste site. A nobre atendente Viviane negou o pedido, disse que era impossĆ­vel, ok. Ao chegar no hotel, nos informam no check in que o hotel estava com apenas 20% de ocupaĆ§Ć£o (o que era verdade mesmo, foi bem tranquila a estadia). Concluindo: precisa melhorar muito a parte de relacionamento com clientes.

O local Ć© lindo mas tivemos problemas que conflitam com a proposta do hotel. Chegamos no sĆ”bado as 14:50 onde o almoƧo nĆ£o estava incluso na diĆ”ria, nos avisaram que o restaurante estava fechando e corremos para dar tempo, lĆ” chegando quando comeƧamos a nos servir exatamente as 15 hrs eles jĆ” iniciaram a remover os pratos. Foi uma experiĆŖncia pĆ©ssima, nĆ£o Ć© que o almoƧo Ć© atĆ© 15 hrs, e sim que esse horĆ”rio eles comeƧam a tirar os pratos, se tivĆ©ssemos sido avisados talvez nem terĆ­amos ido e buscado uma alternativa. Locais sempre muito cheios, barulhentos e no perĆ­odo que estivemos alguns restaurantes nao estavam funcionando.

Local e infra-estrutura muito boa. A prestaĆ§Ć£o de serviƧo deixa um pouco a desejar. No geral, com algumas exceƧƵes, pouca atenĆ§Ć£o para com os hĆ³spedes. Inclusive, comemorava o aniversĆ”rio de minha esposa e nosso aniversĆ”rio de casamento, ofereceram um bolo no jantar de sĆ”bado o qual comemos apenas um pedaƧo. No final do jantar, pedimos para embalar o bolo, disse que nĆ£o podia levar mas poderĆ­amos desfrutĆ”-lo no dia seguinte ao cafĆ© e ao almoƧo. Muito bom, por Pouco nĆ£o recebeu nota mĆ”xima!

Nos hospedamos no hotel e achamos o lugar incrivel. Ɠtimas instalaƧƵes, um ambiente familiar e confortĆ”vel. Nosso Feedback foi sĆ³ de elogios. PorĆ©m no sĆ”bado meu marido foi pescar no lago e pegou carrapato. Consideramos ā€œNormalā€ por ser pesca, mas eh desagradĆ”vel e estĆ”vamos com Nossa bebe. Fomos reportar pro hotel tomar as devidas providĆŖncias e delimitar o espaƧo pra que outras famĆ­lias nĆ£o corressem o risco de pegar carrapato. No domingo vimos varias famĆ­lias com crianƧas no mesmo local e nenhum aviso. Ao fazermos o check out avisamos novamente e nenhum funcionĆ”rio tomou providĆŖncia imediata. NĆ³s adoramos o lugar e voltarĆ­amos Mesmo com o ocorrido do carrapato, mas o fato de nĆ£o terem dado atenĆ§Ć£o pro que relatamos pegou mal pro hotel. Se eu pudesse, voltaria atrĆ”s na avaliaĆ§Ć£o que fiz lĆ” antes de sair, pq senti que nossa opiniĆ£o nĆ£o foi considerada e nĆ£o se trata apenas de um Feedback, ninguĆ©m gosta de carrapato ainda mais com crianƧa. Passamos o final de semana no hotel. Chegamos na sexta-feira Ć s 21:55. A recepĆ§Ć£o foi incrĆ­vel, pois se preocupou em saber se havĆ­amos jantado e contatou o restaurante para informar que haveria mais hĆ³spedes pra jantar, uma vez que o restaurante encerra Ć s 22:00.Foi de uma atenĆ§Ć£o e gentileza que nĆ£o se vĆŖ com frequĆŖncia. Os restaurantes sĆ£o excelentes, com variedades de pratos em todas as refeiƧƵes.Os funcionĆ”rios sĆ£o todos extremamente atenciosos e educados.
