Un hotel viejo y muy descuidado, mucha humedad y todos los accesorios de los cuartos en estado ruinoso…. No sirve el internet y no tiene el Restaurant que dice en la página, muy descuidado y caro para lo que recibes a cambio….. toallas muy viejas y pequeñas….. decepcionante la estancia

El local está muy descuidado, sin mantenimiento, las sábanas estaban sucias y había cucarachas en el baño. El estacionamiento subterraneo es de terror.

Falta inversión

El hotel necesita que se le invierta en el mantenimiento, ya que su moviliario se ve viejo y descuidado (se ve que en su inicio, fue un hotel muy bonito). Esta alejado del centro y en esas condiciones en poco tiempo podria decaer mas.

Las instalaciones presentan falta de mantenimiento, las sabanas estaban sucias, pero al siguiente día las cambiaron, el aire acondicionado estuvo chorreando; la atención del personal de limpieza, mantenimiento y recepción del turno de la tarde noche fue mas que excelente. Salvo el personal de recepción de la mañana deja bastante que desear y se ve su deficiencia en su atención hacia los huéspedes.

Las dos primeras noches agradables aunque las camas son incómodas, La tercer noche me cambiaron de habitación y no había agua caliente, el aire acondicionado no servía así que fue peor la experiencia.
