The location is great, just between the Malećon and Puerta de Mar. It's not noisy at all but very walkable to the malećon and centro. The room is clean and spacious and you can store your luggage for free before your check-in time.

Great location

Great location and easy parking. Comfortable room and great a/c and good balcony. No fridge and coffee machine didn't work properly. Rigid check in time of 3pm which was a bit late for us. Wonderful swimming pool.

Nice hotel on the Malecon. The rooms are a little tired and, if you’re looking for character, this isn’t for you. The location is great though with lots of restaurants nearby and great for an evening stroll along the Malecon. The staff are great and very helpful.

Great location. Pool area underutilized. Would be nice if lobby bar opened up to the pool area and view of the gulf. Didn't feel like sitting at small lobby bar and didn't feel like using pool as neither looked fun or inviting.

In the heart of the historic district

The hotel was modern and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect… Across the street from the Malecón and just a couple minutes walk from the center of the historic downtown. The employees were all quite friendly and accommodating. The only negative is that the meals/food are quite costly. I would go elsewhere for that.
