The hotel was very charming, the staff helpful and kind, and breakfasts amazing! The location couldn’t have been any better, right inside the gate at walled historic center on Calle 59. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Don Gustavo and were sad to leave.

Staff was very hospitable and friendly. They accommodated our every need, including preparing a fruit lunch to take with us during tours. The hotel is gorgeous!! Highly recommended!

This is a small 10 room hotel. Old Classic building. Our room was spatious, the bathroom as well. The service and the attention of the personnel were excellent. Parking was a couple of blocks away but we had excellent assistance. All in all we had good experience within the walled city. Short walk to the melécon.

The hotel is lovely. The staff is amazing. We were there during Hanal Pichan and were struggling to find parking. One of the hotel staff went with my husband to direct him to the parking lot. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The room was lovely. All in all, a great experience.

Wonderful, world class hotel! My husband and I loved our stay at the hotel. The room was elegant, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts were exceptional too. Mexican menu to continental choices prepared to perfection. Our waiter every morning was pleasant, helpful and remembered what we liked for 6 mornings! Gracias a todos.

Outstanding. I travel a lot and strongly prefer local hotels with character. Don Gustavo has it all. Wonderful welcoming staff. Large immaculate room. The breakfast is as good as you’ll find anywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Casa Don Gustavo for the first time based on reviews and seeing it on You.Tube in a video about Campache. It is extremely convenient for touring around Campeche. The staff was outstanding from welcoming us, checking us in and showing us to our room. The servers for breakfast were also outstanding. Our room was very nice, comfortable and large. The bed was comfortable and the linens good. We had the necessary amenties for the bathroom which were good quality. I did suggest in a survey when checking out that the shower head needed some adjustment. Parking for the hotel is a bit of a walk but was not a problem. Calle 59, the Sea Gate and the Land Gate are all easy walks. The hotel is on Calle 59 where all of the local restaurants are located. I would recommend Casa Don Gustavo to those visiting Campeche.
