We spent one night at the hotel and were very pleased. The hotel is definitely older, but the room was comfortable and the bed was excellent. We like a firmer mattress and we slept very well. It was also quiet. We didn’t try the breakfast nor the pool

All staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a very positive experience. Breakfeast was included and was very good. It had a restaurant and the food was exceptional. Rooms are reasonably updated and very comfortable with unbeatable views of the water. The included breakfast is sufficient, the restaurant is very nice and service fantastic. The hotel itself is well-located, the buildings are definitely showing signs of age, however. I would stay again, as the location is great if passing through Campbell River, and the price is right.
