"Very clean property, room was always fresh when returning from day trips. The breakfast buffet that was included was very nice with a great selection. Staff were informative, very friendly and always happy to help. "
"They paid for my taxi from the airport as I was not emailed the shuttle schedule so that was very kind of them. The train station is literally 2 minutes walking and it takes you straight to the Venice island in 25-40 minutes. The train is frequent and stays late at night until 11:33 pm. The hotel was cool and spacious. The service and employees were great. I highly recommend this place. The only issue is that there's not many spots open late at night for food."
"Reaĺly good hotel. Service was amazing. Restaurant was good albeit dined there twice and second time wasnt as good. Advertised spa ans massage facilities, including a brochure about treatments in my room, but the masseuse was on holiday and not available so that was disappointing. "
"The rooms were comfortable. All staff, except for Claudio, were lovely and helpful. Claudio acted bothered by us an refused to help with the luggage."
