"We enjoyed our stay here and Vijay was very kind to us and offered us early check in offered water and upon check out, took great care of our bags to continue exploring more of the town. Everything worked out well along with clean and comfortable room with ancient feel to it. Also, it's walking distance from the state capitals museums and more. We would stay here again!"

"Nice convenient stop off hotel during my Route 66 road trip form Chicago to Santa Monica. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was big and comfortable. Also the most important thing for all travellers. The room doesn’t smell funny. Plenty of parking and the hotel is walking distance to the usual landmarks and eateries. The fitness room was surprisingly good and better equipped than bigger more expensive hotels."

"I choose it because its quite and worked well for my schedule. No house service was offered as they do it on demand. Old times are dead when house cleaning was available every day for every hotel. Now rates are higher but no house cleaning anymore. Staff was attentive and did provide whatever needed. Breakfast is available and basic with eggs, meat and juices. Overall decent property and will likely choose it again. Parking is plenty and free."

"NICE QUIET ROOM WITH ADEQUATE TOWELS. MINI-FRIDGE DID NOT HAVE A FREEZER AREA TO RE-FREEZE COLD PACKS FOR OUR COOLER. COULD USE ANOTHER GRABBAR IN SHOWER ITSELF FOR STABILITY (WHEN SOAP IN ONE'S EYES, ETC.). NOT A LOT OF VARIETY/SELECTION WITH BREAKFAST BUT ADEQUATE. AC WORKED WELL, AND TEMP WAS ADJUSTABLE. WOULD RETURN FOR ANOTHER STAY IF IN SPRINGFIELD AGAIN. NO DIFFICULTY FINDING THE LOCATION EXCEPT GOOGLE MAPS WANTED TO SEND US TO "COMFORT INN & SUITES" NOT "COMFORT SUITES". THAT WASTED AN EXTRA HALF HOUR. MAYBE THE CORPORATION COULD CLARIFY WITH GOOGLE MAPS THE DIFFERENCE."
